What is GLIS 2016?
GLIS 2016 is the Global Conference on Space and the Information Society. It will propose an optimal series of discussions addressing the issue of a worldwide connection allowed by Space through Policies, Technologies and Applications.
A detailed analysis on the impact that space policies, space technologies and space applications have on the daily life of people, organizations and governments communicating and exchanging information around the world will be undertaken.

GLIS 2016 is co-organized by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
